Placing an order
Thank you for choosing our online shop from which to purchase Nina Ottosson’s activity toys and other products.
Placing an order is very simple: choose an item, enter the desired quantity and add it to your shopping basket.
Fill in the required fields, select the delivery destination and place your order.
We only require the personal data that is needed for delivery: name, telephone number and e-mail address. The online store forwards
personal data to the transport service provider in order to deliver the goods. The online store does not send newsletters and offers to the
purchaser’s e-mail address.
The prices (EUR) of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the product. A fee for shipping is added to the price. The shipping cost depends on the location of the purchaser
After placing your order you receive invoice to your e-mail address. You can pay by ordinary bank transfer or use Maksekeskus bank link.

Delivery time and options
We generally post your order the same day we receive payment. The maximum processing time is three working days.
If the item you order is out of stock, we will contact you to specify the delivery time or recommend an alternative.
You can also pick up and pay for items at Pärnu mnt 91, Tallinn upon prior agreement. We accept cash or card payments.
SmartPost and Omniva parcel terminals: from €3.50 in Estonia, depending on the size of the parcel and the delivery method.
If the item you order is defective and you wish to return it, notify us via e-mail within 14 days of receipt, providing a description of the product and your reason for returning it.
You can only return unused items.
The return costs must be covered by the customer.
